My role at consisted of : • Logging expenses and invoices onto Digicel’s accounting system. • Preparing budgets for individual markets. • Investigating significant variances between budgeted and actual OPEX. • Co-ordinating Digicel’s banking operations. Improving the visibility of Digicel’s bank accounts and processing SWIFT transfer requests for accounts. • Analysing ways in which Digicel transform into a digital company.
