Paddy is in the final year of his undergraduate degree, reading Global Business studies at Trinity College Dublin. He has a keen interest in finance as demonstrated by his active involvement in the Trinity student managed fund, a real life long only equities portfolio with €150,000 AUM. Paddy co-manages a team of 30 analysts within the fund teaching analysts about equities.
Similarly, Paddy has some experience working within a Dublin based corporate finance firm. Here he worked alongside early stage start-ups helping them fulfil funding rounds and scale. He was also involved assisting SMEs with the sale of their businesses.
In his spare time, he enjoys to golf, playing off a handicap of 9. This year, Paddy is also a student ambassador for the Movember foundation, the leading global organisation committed to changing the face of men’s health. So be warned, he may be spotted with a scruffy moustache. Although, we hope he is looking a lot sharper later in the year when he organises the Black Tie Event!
