Alison recently graduated from DCU in Marketing, Innovation & Technology where she discovered a keen interest in business development and entrepreneurship.
In her 3rd year of college she was fortunate to have the experience of getting an internship with the Irish International Business Network (IIBN) in London. At a very early stage Alison was exposed to the concept of networking which allowed her to develop and challenge her skills.
In September Alison joined the Bank of Ireland Graduate Programme where she is now on the End-to-end Customer Journey Transformation team, a vibrant and dynamic environment, where she will be working on several exciting projects.
Having worked in retail and marketing throughout college, Alison has a strong understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service.
Alison’s experience in competitive team sports has also made her a very determined and passionate individual with an ability to work well under pressure. Alison is very sociable and loves to meet, work and collaborate with new people.
